Black Friday Sale – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to Mainlinen’s Black Friday Sale (“Promotion”) available at mainlinen.com.au. By participating in this sale, you agree to the following:
1. Promotion Overview
- The Black Friday Sale is valid for home shoppers only and excludes wholesale, trade, and commercial orders.
- Discounts are automatically applied at checkout or as advertised on product pages during the promotional period.
- The promotion is available while stock lasts and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
2. Shipping & Dispatch
- Free shipping applies to all orders over $300 AUD (after discounts) within Australia.
- Orders under $300 will incur a standard shipping fee as calculated at checkout.
- Due to high order volumes during the sale, please allow an additional 3–4 business days for dispatch.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
3. Pre-Order Items
- Any pre-order items purchased during the sale will be held until all items in your order are available for a single shipment.
- If you prefer a partial shipment, please get in touch with our customer service team before ordering. Additional freight charges may apply.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on any Black Friday Sale purchases unless required by Australian Consumer Law (e.g. in the case of a faulty or defective item).
- Please choose carefully and review product descriptions, sizes, and details before purchasing.
5. Product Availability
- All sale items are available in limited quantities.
- In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be contacted and offered an alternative product, store credit, or a refund for the unavailable item only.
6. Other Promotions
- Black Friday discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, discount codes, or promotions.
- Gift cards, samples, and custom orders are excluded from the promotion.
7. Order Changes
- Once your order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made during the sale period. Please ensure your details and selections are correct before checkout.
8. General
- Mainlinen reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
