Delivery Information
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
In order to receive your delivery before Christmas we are advising to have your orders placed by the below dates.
The deadlines apply to metro locations (e.g., capital cities). For regional areas, we recommend placing your order earlier to ensure timely delivery.
Metro Deadlines by State/Territory:
- NSW: Thursday, 19th December
- ACT: Wednesday, 18th December
- VIC: Tuesday, 17th December
- QLD: Thursday, 19th December
- SA: Friday, 13th December
- WA: Wednesday, 11th December
- TAS: Friday, 13th December
- NT: Wednesday, 11th December
The final dispatch date for orders is Thursday, 19th December 2024.
To meet these deadlines, orders must be confirmed and paid by the day prior.
Orders placed after these dates will be dispatched as quickly as possible, but delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed.
WAREHOUSE & OFFICE CLOSURE DATES
Our dispatch department and office will close at 12:00 PM on Friday, 20th December 2024 and will reopen at 9:00 AM on Monday, 6th January 2025.
During this period, order dispatch will be paused. Upon our return, all orders will be processed as a priority. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
DELIVERY FEES
Estimated delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
If the freight charges come in more than the estimated calculated, our customer service team will be contact with the actual freight cost within 24hours.
If the order exceeds our weight limit through our standard carriers or you have a bulky order, a member of our Customer Service Team with contact you with a freight quote within 24hours. Mainlinen does not make any money on freight charges and will always endeavour to ship your order the most cost effective way.
For Express, shipping additional charges will apply.
For Freight Quote Option ($35), please note this is not the final price and one our customer service team will contact you with a quote freight before proceeding with the order. This is used for larger orders that require specific packing eg. pallets, bulk order sending rates.
MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS
Any orders that contain products that are on backorder will will held until all items are in-stock. If you would like in-stock items dispatched asap, we advise to place two seperate orders.
DELIVERY
If the products are available for dispatch, we aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of payment. A printed Packing Slip will be included with the delivery of your order.
Once orders have been dispatched from our warehouse, they will be delivered via Australia Post, Star Track or another carrier otherwise stated and are out of our control. Tracked deliveries will receive a tracking number from our automatic system and also from the selected carrier.
Authority to leave is applied to all deliveries. If you do not wish to have your order left on site without a signature, please state this in the comment section when completing the checkout process.
Please note that we can not be held responsible for parcels left unattended by Safe Drop, Authority to leave or similar. Once the tracking advice states delivered any enquires must be taken up with the carrier directly.
For most deliveries Australia wide, you should allow for 2-5 working days. Deliveries to regional areas can take between 5-10 working days. The estimated delivery time will be calculated from the date your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery dates are only estimates and we will do our best to deliver your order within the estimated dates, but factors such as public holidays may not always allow these times to be possible.
PICK UP
If you have chosen to collect your order we will be in contact once your order is ready for pick up from our Factory in Warana QLD 4575. This is not a free freight option.
