We aim to make delivery and payment straightforward and transparent for both home and commercial customers.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

If products are in stock, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders are shipped via Australia Post, StarTrack or other nominated carriers.

Once dispatched:

You will receive tracking details via email
Delivery is handled by the selected carrier
Delivery timeframes begin from dispatch date

Estimated delivery times:

Metro areas: 2–5 business days
Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Please note delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.

Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping applies exclusively to home shoppers purchasing at standard retail pricing.

Orders placed under trade, commercial or discounted pricing structures are not eligible for free shipping. Freight for commercial orders will either be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately depending on order size and delivery requirements.

Multiple Item Orders & Backorders

If your order contains items that are on backorder, your order will be held until all products are available.

If you would prefer in-stock items to be dispatched immediately, we recommend placing separate orders.

Authority to Leave

Authority to Leave is applied to all deliveries unless otherwise requested.

If you do not wish for your parcel to be left unattended, please advise in the checkout notes.

Mainlinen cannot accept responsibility for parcels left under Authority to Leave or Safe Drop instructions once tracking confirms delivery.

Commercial Customers - Shipping Costs

Estimated shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

For larger or bulky orders, final freight costs may vary depending on packing requirements or carrier limitations. If additional freight charges apply, our team will contact you within 24 hours before processing your order.

Mainlinen does not profit from freight charges and will always ship using the most cost-effective and suitable carrier available.

Express shipping options are available at an additional cost.
