RETURNS POLICY
Shop with confidence at Mainlinen, knowing that you can return your order within 14 days of purchase if you change your mind. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all packaging and labels intact, and must not have been opened, washed, or used.
Guest Fresh, Guest Deluxe Pillows, Quilts, Protectors and Mattress Toppers:
Your comfort is our priority. For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on opened Pillows, Quilts, Mattress Toppers, and Protectors. We kindly ask you to choose carefully before unsealing these products.
However, if you purchase multiple items and find that after opening just one, it’s not suitable for your needs, you may return the remaining unused items as long as they are still sealed in their original vacuum packaging.
Feather and Down Pillows
As a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, we kindly ask you to choose carefully, as we are unable to accept returns/exchanges on feather and down pillows due to health and hygiene regulations.
We understand that choosing the perfect pillow is important for your comfort. If this is your first time trying our feather and down pillows, we recommend starting with just one. Once you've experienced the comfort and quality, you can confidently order more. This way, you can ensure that our pillows meet your expectations before committing to a larger purchase.

Due to bed runners and cushions being a custom made product, unfortunately this item can not be returned or refunded due to change of mind.
RETURNS & DISCREPANCIES TERMS & CONDITIONS
All returns and discrepancies must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Delivery charges on original orders are non-refundable. Freight cost for change on change of mind are the cost of the sender.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items are final sale.
FAULTY ITEMS
We will honour our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and provide you with an exchange, refund or compensation if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped you buying it had you known about the problem;
• is unsafe;
• is significantly different from the description or sample shown to you; or
• does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.
If the problem is not major, we may choose to repair the item within a reasonable time.
For Warranty Claims, proof of purchase is required and we reserve the right to assess the condition and age of any returned goods prior to offering an exchange, refund, compensation or repair.
