When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the displayed price (including GST and applicable shipping).

If payment has already been processed and an order cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued promptly.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Approved trade and commercial customers may be subject to separate pricing structures.


5. Product Information

We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate and representative.

However:

  • Colours may vary depending on screen settings
  • Measurements are approximate
  • Minor variations in fill, loft or stitching may occur
  • Images are for illustrative purposes

If a material error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it and contact you before proceeding.


6. Pre-Order Products

Products marked as “Pre-Order” are not currently in stock.

Orders containing pre-order items will be dispatched once stock arrives. Estimated timeframes are indicative only.

If a pre-order product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or exchange.


7. Shipping & Risk

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


8. Title to Goods

Ownership of goods remains with Mainlinen until full payment has been received.


9. Returns & Consumer Guarantees

Returns and exchanges are subject to our published Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure
  • Repair or replacement for goods that fail to meet acceptable quality
  • Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss

Proof of purchase is required for all claims.


10. Limitation of Liability
